Rules and Regulations

1. No purchase necessary to enter the Name Your District contest. The contest will end on November 1, 2009. The opportunity to play may be affected by local ability to access the Internet at any particular time.
2. The Name Your District contest is open to all participants, 18 years or older who are legally allowed to participate in such a contest as allowed by their local laws.
3. Contestants must choose nine districts and complete the registration form to enter.
4. Employees and families of Distrikt Hotel New York City and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
5. Prizes will be assigned to the winner.
6. Contestant will be informed at the close of the contest if they are a winner. Reservations are based upon availability and certain blackout dates apply. Contacting the District Hotel for redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. The American Express Gift Certificate will be awarded at check in. Prize is non-transferable and fulfillment will expire on November 1, 2010. Distrikt Hotel and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
7. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, worldwide in perpetuity, without future compensation, unless prohibited by law. Prize winners will be required to verify address prior to awarding of the prize. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws.
8. All programs and guarantees are subject to terms and conditions.
9. Distrikt Hotel New York reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time without notification.
